Mr. Jean Dib Hajj

Mr. Dib Hajj has been performing managerial and training functions for more than thirty-five years. He was the Managing Director of the International Management & Training Institute from 1987 to 2008.
He has extensive experience across the MENA region in working on the capacity development and training of various privately owned companies, civil society organizations, governments and local authorities, as well as United Nations agencies such as UNDP, UNOPS, and ESCWA.
Dr. Antoine Mansour

Dr. Mansour has been performing capacity development functions for over thirty years. He was previously a senior officer at the UN-ESCWA, where he was extensively involved in formulating and managing technical assistance programs and research covering a wide range of disciplines in various Arab countries.
Dr. Mansour has advised governments and worked on the institutional development of the public sector. Within the private sector, he has assisted entrepreneurs and MSMEs to become competitive in the global market.
Mr. George Saab

Mr. Saab is a professional trainer, consultant, university instructor, and human resources practitioner with more than thirty years of experience. He held leading H.R. positions within the MENA region serving as group Chief Human Resources Officer for a number of firms and conglomerates, as well as advisor to some of the region’s top CEOs.
Mr. Wael Dib Hajj

Wael Dib Hajj is our youngest partner and business development lead. He holds a BE in mechanical engineering coupled with a certificate in public procurement and several years of experience in tendering and proposals development. He has performed capacity development and training assignments for international organizations such as the ILO, USAID, and UNDP; where he provided trainings on topics such as operations management, procurement, and performance improvement.
